NCCM in the Ville

The Ville is a new publication that highlights the arts, culture, and entertainment in Milledgeville. It was unveiled today and, I must say, it looks awesome! Brooks Hinton, Creative Manager at the Union Recorder (and committed core member of NCCM!), headed up the project. Thanks to Brooks and Melissa Hinton, NCCM was one of the feature articles in the debut edition of The Ville!
